Location: Must be based in California (CA), USA; hybrid work model requiring 10+ in-office days per month for collaboration.

Salary: $200,000–$239,999 USD (annual base salary for CA-based positions)

What you will do

• Build and scale a world-class global support practice and continually enhance operational procedures and policies.
• Define and manage team interaction and communication with customers and delivery teams for issue management.
• Lead and complete multiple concurrent cross-team projects, including customer upgrades and issue prioritization.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to shape communication within hirify.global and with VIP customers.
• Act as a coach and mentor to managers and individual contributors, fostering team growth and success.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing large global teams.
• 10+ years of professional experience in supporting and managing complex support practices.
• At least 4 years of technical experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities, effective in demanding situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with internal Product and Engineering teams and external customers in an agile environment.
• Functional understanding of payment flows, cross-border payment processing, and experience with digital assets.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and experience working with industry data standards (e.g., Banking, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA).
