TL;DR

Private Account Executive: Driving new sales for Corporate Governance solutions and SaaS & Advisory solutions with an accent on B2B sales and client relationships with C-level executives. Focus on designing and executing sales engagement plans, consistently exceeding quota, and building loyal executive clients.

Location: This position can be located in Boston, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change).

Salary: $88,000 - $154,000 base pay range, plus generous annual bonus/commission and equity.

What you will do

  • Drive new sales within an assigned geographic territory, representing Corporate Governance solution portfolio, including SaaS & Advisory solutions.
  • Work with innovative private organizations, adding value to C-level executives and Governance teams.
  • Manage a quota-carrying role, collaborating with a broader team (Relationship Managers, SMEs, CSMs, BDRs) to surface, contract, and close business.

Requirements

  • 3+ year track record of exceeding quota selling strategic B2B solutions such as SaaS and Advisory/Consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute prospecting and sales engagement plans.
  • Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable executive clients.
  • Proven success working within a matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions.
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities, and the ability to drive change in clients to anticipate trends.
  • Strong business acumen.
