The Company is an applied lab of builders and technologists operating at the intersection of quantum computing and cryptography, developing solutions designed to strengthen the long-term security of the digital asset ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Own the full business development lifecycle, from pipeline creation through deal close.
  • Build and manage senior relationships with L1/L2 protocols, stablecoin issuers, custodians, wallets, and infrastructure providers.
  • Structure and negotiate complex enterprise and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to scope paid engagements and technical deliverables.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and repeatable go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales.
  • Strong background in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or developer platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, technical deals.
  • Comfortable selling innovative or category-defining technology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in early-stage environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling security, cryptography, or infrastructure tooling.
  • Existing network across L1s, stablecoin issuers, custodians, or crypto infrastructure providers.
  • Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography or long-term cryptographic risk.
