Channel Account Manager (LATAM): Managing and developing a portfolio of partners to drive deal registrations and new customer acquisition for a cybersecurity platform with an accent on establishing professional relationships and supporting partner sales and marketing teams. Focus on increasing partner-generated leads and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a large portfolio of established partners, establishing productive relationships with key personnel.
  • Conduct initial onboarding and discovery with assigned partners.
  • Develop joint marketing plans and strategic business plans with key partners, guiding their sales and marketing teams.
  • Assess partner needs, perform product demos, and assist with partner portal adoption.
  • Increase partner deal registrations, directing them to utilize tools and content for lead generation.
  • Close Net New business and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting to meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to demonstrate sales aptitude working with channel partners.
  • Effectively manage and thrive in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and strong time management skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field a plus.
  • Experience with Channel Sales preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
