Location: Remote from France, Germany, or Greece. Must have full right to work in the country of application.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the authentication, authorization, and identity strategy and roadmap.
• Own the end-to-end user access experience across hirify.global’s products.
• Drive the unification of identity systems for a consistent, secure, and scalable foundation.
• Lead Agile and Scrum rituals with the Engineering Manager for efficient delivery.
• Ensure compliance and security standards are embedded in all Auth initiatives (e.g., SSO, SAML, OIDC).
• Establish and monitor performance, reliability, and adoption metrics for identity systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, identity, or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, technology-driven products with demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization, user lifecycle management).
• Familiarity with SSO and identity standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) and data protection principles (e.g., GDPR).
• Solid grasp of platform architecture fundamentals, API-based integrations, and system design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in identity, access management, or platform products.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
• Familiarity with data protection principles (e.g., GDPR).
