What you will do
- Define and execute the roadmap for transforming the platform into an agentic system.
- Collaborate with engineering to design multi-agent architectures with memory, tool use, and safety guardrails.
- Rethink product UX to support chat-driven workflows, agent dashboards, and proactive notifications.
- Manage the model and prompt strategy in collaboration with data teams, including RAG pipeline development.
- Conduct customer discovery to validate high-impact AI use cases and prototype agentic workflows.
- Define success metrics for AI agents such as autonomy levels, task completion rates, and user trust.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- 4+ years of product management experience on a software product.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features, including LLMs, agents, or intelligent automation.
- Strong understanding of agentic patterns like autonomous task execution, planning, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Deep knowledge of modern AI/ML product development lifecycle (prompt engineering, evaluation, RAG).
- Experience with B2B/SaaS product development and systems thinking.
Nice to have
- Background in iGaming or affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
