Technical Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in Europe with a maximum ±2h time zone gap from CET.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for XTM Cloud, covering Kubernetes infrastructure, deployment artifacts, and SaaS management tooling.
• Manage delivery structures including epics, milestones, and sprints to ensure predictable execution.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies between platform engineering, software development, and customer success.
• Implement lightweight, pragmatic processes and dashboards to track delivery health and risks.
• Translate technical infrastructure challenges into business-relevant updates for leadership.
• Support engineers in maintaining focus by unblocking processes and providing necessary context.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, engineering program management, or as a technical engineer (SRE/Platform) in an infrastructure environment.
• Genuine technical literacy with the ability to read architecture diagrams and understand K8s, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
• Proven track record managing delivery in an agile or product-led engineering environment.
• Fluent in English (C1 proficiency).
• Must be based in Europe within ±2h of CET time zone.
• Strong organization skills with a sharp eye for detail and risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or open-source software environments.
• Familiarity with Notion, GitHub Projects, or similar project management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Helm, Terraform, or infrastructure observability.
