TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role with 2 days per week remote, based in Paris, France.

Salary: €55,000–€72,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for banking and payment platform features.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal engineering teams, and financial providers to build scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for core payment flows like credit transfers, direct debits, and instant payments.
  • Automate payment operations to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
  • Ensure product capabilities align with regulatory obligations and business strategy.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in product management with full lifecycle ownership.
  • Experience or strong interest in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to become a subject matter expert in complex product areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working within an international environment.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Prior knowledge of the payments industry.
  • Fluency in French.
