Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Belgium (Berchem, Mechelen, or Leuven)

What you will do
- Own and evolve the product roadmap by aligning customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
- Conduct market and user research, including competitive analyses across current and future European markets.
- Translate market insights into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate daily with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and development teams to shape features.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives, supporting product launches in new countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK.
- Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to refine the roadmap and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager in software or SaaS environments.
- Strong background in roadmapping, requirements definition, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience working in an international context with market expansion and localization challenges.
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical product concepts.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Must be able to work on a hybrid basis in Belgium (Berchem, Leuven, or Mechelen).
