Senior Solutions Engineer (SaaS/AI): Acting as a technical partner for Commercial Sales and Success teams to acquire and expand customer accounts with an accent on technical presentations, data migrations, and custom solution implementation. Focus on designing agentic workflow automations and developing customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects to drive revenue growth.

Location: Remote, must reside in and support the Pacific and Mountain timezones (USA)

Salary: $145K - $185K

What you will do

• Partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations on products and integrations.
• Design, develop, and deploy customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
• Resolve technical challenges, facilitate data migrations, and implement custom solutions using automations.
• Build dynamic dashboards and custom reports for client management teams.
• Contribute to the functional and technical components of RFPs.
• Maintain updated demo spaces and stay current with new feature releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, consulting, or implementation).
• 2+ years of success working specifically with commercial clients.
• Bachelor of Science in a technical field (4-year degree required).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Unito, or Integromat.
• Ability to influence technical and executive audiences through strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM.
• Experience designing agentic workflow automation and autonomous agents for task orchestration using AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Cloud transformation and change management processes.
