What you will do

  • Own a book of business, managing assigned accounts, solving issues, and assisting with invoices.
  • Establish credibility and trust with healthcare executives by demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding of clinical workflows.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of products to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Capture and share customer feedback with product teams to refine offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute trials and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to try and a lack of fear in problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • English: B2+ required.

  • Relationship management experience.
