What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Lead and mentor a team of ~20 engineers with a quality-first mindset.
• Drive ScrumBan workflows, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.
• Take responsibility for testing strategies, release management, and production stability.
• Stay hands-on with around 30% coding and technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong background in Java-based platforms and modern architectures.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan).
• Experience with quality assurance, automated testing, and release governance.
• Experience in identity, security, or highly regulated environments is a strong plus.
• English: B2 required.
