What you will do
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Lead and mentor a team of ~20 engineers with a quality-first mindset.
- Drive ScrumBan workflows, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.
- Take responsibility for testing strategies, release management, and production stability.
- Stay hands-on with around 30% coding and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years as an Engineering Manager.
- Strong background in Java-based platforms and modern architectures.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan).
- Experience with quality assurance, automated testing, and release governance.
- Experience in identity, security, or highly regulated environments is a strong plus.
- English: B2 required.
