Location: Remote within Germany or Hybrid in Munich (Deutschland Ticket provided for travel within Germany).

What you will do

  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
  • Own predictable, high-quality delivery at a sustainable pace.
  • Collaborate on roadmap and long-term technical strategy with Product, Design, and Tech Leads.
  • Ensure strong engineering standards, operational readiness, and a blameless incident culture.
  • Develop and refine an AI-driven development pipeline.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, team composition, and long-term talent development.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in engineering leadership.
  • Strong technical foundation with backend experience (C#/.NET) and cloud knowledge (AWS or Azure).
  • Experience with distributed systems, DevOps practices, and modern infrastructure tooling (Terraform, Docker).
  • Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for healthy teams and long-term quality.
  • Passion and experience in AI-driven SDLC.
  • Work authorization for Germany is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka).
