Location: Remote (Poland, Spain, UAE, UK)

Salary: Poland: PLN12,700 - PLN14,100 gross monthly

What you will do

• Recruit exceptional A-Players to join hirify.global's rapidly growing teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and refine interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool.
• Drive the offer process and close candidates.
• Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Experience hiring complex technical roles (both IC and manager levels).
• Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring Product & Design roles.
• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintech.
• Fluency in other languages.
