What you will do

• Collaborate with the Sales organization on account strategies and new business opportunities.
• Manage professional services engagements, defining deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
• Own customer portfolio success, including project execution, retention, renewal, and upsells.
• Develop technical expertise with hirify.global, hirify.global Enterprise, and hirify.global Stack for SOW proposals and technical guidance.
• Develop business strategies for customer deployment maturity and database project execution.
• Build deep customer relationships, including travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of consulting and engagement management experience serving enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation, oral, written, and listening capabilities.
• Experience with new technology adoption, business transformation, and change management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum certifications.
• BS in Computer Science / B.A. or equivalent technical work experience.
• Fluency in French is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with open-source solutions and/or NoSQL platform products.
