What you will do

• Lead customer implementation projects, providing expert guidance on hirify.global platform configuration and customization.
• Advise customers on data integration architecture, tree structure, survey design, and automations.
• Deliver tailored training and enablement sessions for customers on platform usage and best practices.
• Manage project planning and execution, identifying risks and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Leverage sustainability knowledge to translate customer needs into platform configurations and provide actionable product feedback.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer teams, ensuring high satisfaction and driving measurable sustainability outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, sustainability, environmental science, finance, engineering).
• 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, consulting, SaaS delivery, project management).
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of carbon accounting and sustainability topics.
• Experience designing and delivering customer training sessions or workshops.
• Comfort with digital platforms and data; experience configuring SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
