Location: Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week based at our HQ or client site in the City of London.

What you will do

• Lead analysis of client business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions using domain-specific languages.
• Design, configure, and deliver formal specifications for insurance products across multiple lines of business.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to clients, shaping solutions aligned with their strategic goals and constraints.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to customize and configure the platform for client needs.
• Build and manage platform integrations, ensuring reliable delivery and ongoing technical support.
• Demonstrate product value and technical credibility to senior internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in programming and comfort with domain-specific or functional languages.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client leadership.
• Thrives in a fast-changing scale-up environment, comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy.
• Solutions-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoying complex, real-world problems.
• Ability to learn new platforms and domains quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
