Salary: $65,000–$72,000 USD

What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact for tactical issues.
- Address Financial Advisor inquiries via multiple channels with professionalism and urgency.
- Provide daily support, data issue resolution, and request processing with accuracy.
- Organize, manage, and execute cross-departmental, client-related projects.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in client service or customer support, preferably in financial services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, and database software.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior time management.
Nice to have
- Experience managing and supporting Financial Advisors in the RIA channel or Family Offices.
- Familiarity with wealth management platforms and investment operations.
- Track record of managing a high volume of client relationships.
- Experience supporting accounts with significant assets under management.
- Understanding of financial advisor workflows and pain points.
