What you will do

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact for tactical issues.
  • Address Financial Advisor inquiries via multiple channels with professionalism and urgency.
  • Provide daily support, data issue resolution, and request processing with accuracy.
  • Organize, manage, and execute cross-departmental, client-related projects.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years in client service or customer support, preferably in financial services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, and database software.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior time management.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing and supporting Financial Advisors in the RIA channel or Family Offices.
  • Familiarity with wealth management platforms and investment operations.
  • Track record of managing a high volume of client relationships.
  • Experience supporting accounts with significant assets under management.
  • Understanding of financial advisor workflows and pain points.
