What you will do
- Track, identify, and monitor potential marketplace opportunities using pipeline data, renewals, customer mapping, and internal reporting.
- Shepherd deals through hirify.global’s marketplace processes, ensuring accuracy across quotes, vendor documentation, approvals, and CRM entries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies that may delay transactions.
- Engage with partners (outbound calls, scheduled meetings, follow‑ups) to communicate marketplace value propositions and support deal progression.
- Document partner interactions, next steps, and deal status in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reporting on deal progress, partner engagement, and marketplace activity.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage many moving parts without losing accuracy.
- Prior experience in the IT channel, distribution, cloud, or vendor ecosystem.
- Self‑starter mindset with the ability to take direction, learn quickly, and advance work independently.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem‑solving; willingness to ask questions and dig into unfamiliar topics.
- Strong work ethic and a dynamic, engaging personality.
