What you will do
- Lead strategic client oversight and planning, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained engagement.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients at all levels, from C-suite executives to platform users.
- Drive revenue growth by partnering with the Executive Relationship Officer/Account Manager to develop Account Plans and targeted strategies.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Champion adoption, education, and knowledge sharing to promote client success frameworks.
- Foster client alignment by representing client needs across Product, R&D, Support, and other teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles and/or strategy positions within financial or wealth management services firms or consulting firms.
- Proven success in consultant, strategist, sales, and technical account manager roles.
- Demonstrated track record in leading large, sophisticated enterprise projects and managing complex relationships.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of front, middle, and back office operations in wealth management firms.
