Location: Ability to work from our Warsaw office at least 2 days per week.

hirify.global is a new studio comprising industry veterans, focused on creating AAA story-driven dark fantasy RPGs for PCs and consoles like “The Blood of Dawnwalker” in Unreal Engine 5.

What you will do

• Maintain and develop on-premise and hybrid IT infrastructure supporting game development pipelines and studio operations.
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments, including configuration, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Active Directory and identity services (users, groups, access rights, Group Policies).
• Shape and develop the studio’s infrastructure vision for scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly production environments.
• Propose improvements and new IT systems to increase reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, virtualization platforms, backup/recovery, and secure remote access solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (including Windows Server 2022/2025) and Active Directory.
• Practical scripting and automation experience, especially with PowerShell.
• Solid experience with Linux server administration (Debian/Ubuntu or similar).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (preferably VMware and/or Hyper-V).
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a game development studio or creative technology environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD or build automation tools.
• Experience with version control systems like Perforce.
• Exposure to public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Experience with log aggregation and monitoring platforms (e.g., ELK stack).
