TL;DR

IT Support Specialist: Providing comprehensive first- and second-level end-user IT support for office and production environments with an accent on maintaining, configuring, and supporting client devices and Microsoft 365 services. Focus on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and managing user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD.

Location: Fully on-site position based in Kraków (Zabłocie)

Salary: 90 - 120 PLN net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

What you will do

  • Provide first- and second-level end-user support for office and production employees.
  • Support client devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and group memberships in Active Directory / Azure AD.
  • Prepare, configure, deploy, and replace end-user devices according to IT standards.

Requirements

  • Min. 4 years of experience in end-user IT support or Service Desk roles.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Technical education in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
