It Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer: Providing comprehensive end-user IT support in a combined office and production environment, maintaining client devices and Microsoft 365 services with an accent on ensuring stable, secure, and efficient daily operations. Focus on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, along with managing user accounts and access rights.

Location: Fully on-site position based in Błonie (near Warsaw)

Salary: 90 - 120 PLN net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-level end-user support for office and production employees.
• Support client devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and group memberships in Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and replace end-user devices according to IT standards.

Requirements

• Technical education in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Min. 4 years of experience in end-user IT support or Service Desk roles
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a production or industrial environment is an advantage.
