What you will do

• Lead hosted event programs for targeted customer segments, from executive gatherings to regional experiences.
• Partner with the Head of Strategy & Growth to shape event strategy and align with business goals.
• Own event planning, timelines, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-ups.
• Source and manage hotels for meetings, conferences, and overnight accommodations.
• Plan and coordinate entertainment and dining experiences that reflect hirify.global’s culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership) to ensure content and engagement.
• Track event performance and feedback to evolve customer engagement over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event coordination, trade show management, or marketing operations.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and event logistics.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport event materials as needed.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project-management tools and CRM/marketing systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Salesforce).
