What you will do

• Design and implement cloud architectures on hirify.global's platform for customers.
• Deploy and configure virtual machines, bare metal servers, VPCs, networks, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Troubleshoot and debug network connectivity, DNS, and Kubernetes cluster issues.
• Analyze customer infrastructures to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements for performance, reliability, cost, and security.
• Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as a proactive, trusted advisor to customers.

Requirements

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) and modern architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, virtual machines, and/or bare metal servers.
• Expertise in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, firewalls, load balancing).
• Proficiency in Kubernetes (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) and Docker.
• Ability to debug complex network and Kubernetes issues end-to-end.
• Good understanding of high availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Solid written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with other public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
