What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team in delivering reliable WFM solutions.
• Oversee team performance and ensure on-time project delivery aligned with business goals.
• Lead the development and optimization of the workspace for collection/telesales agents.
• Shape the architecture, design, and implementation of backend services in Golang.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams (hiring, development, performance, and delivery management).
• Strong technical background with 4+ years of experience as a Go developer.
• Experience in building and optimizing development processes (planning, decomposition, retrospectives).
• Cross-team communication skills and the ability to build partnerships.
• Diplomacy and willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate effectively.
