Engineering Manager (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop team members through feedback and performance assessments.
• Define and manage technical vision and strategy for the Finance area.
• Ensure accountability for team initiatives and high operational standards.
• Partner with Product and Staff Engineers to shape area and company direction.
• Serve as reference for Leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Solid technical background across SDLC to support teams in complex discussions.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems and leading teams' ways of working.
