What you will do
- Partner with and support the sales team on processes, deal desk, reporting, and CRM administration.
- Ensure accuracy of opportunity, account, and contact data and support monthly/quarterly forecasting.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce and GTM systems operations, including data hygiene and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary sales ops and deal desk point of contact for EMEA and APAC, providing end-to-end deal support.
- Act as a trusted advisor across sales, legal, and finance on product offerings, pricing, and contracts.
- Identify and implement improvements to sales processes, deal desk workflows, and system usage.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, opportunity management, and basic configuration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working across Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
