What you will do

• Ensure team handles operational and analytical tasks from goal setting to execution while maintaining partner service quality.
• Analyze statistics and metrics to prioritize cost reduction areas without degrading partner experience.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee partner management in Bitrix CRM, resolving complex requests.
• Improve processes and tools for cost efficiency and service reliability.
• Coordinate with internal teams for shared efficiency goals.

Requirements

• English (C1), Russian (C1)
• Google Workspace (advanced)
• Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)
• CRM systems (Bitrix preferred)
• Project management (task tracking, prioritization, delivery control)
• KPI design and tracking (cost per content unit, partner efficiency, SLA adherence)
• Experience managing operational teams (support, content, partner ops)
