What you will do
- Configure and execute email campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing, using an in-house ESP.
- Build and manage advanced audience segments and multi-step automated workflows based on user behavior.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through dashboards and key metrics.
- Own and continuously improve the internal email system to enhance usability and efficiency.
- Develop data-driven, personalized email strategies that drive engagement and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership.
- Support the evolution of email marketing into an AI-driven, scalable function.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience working with data, SQL.
- Experience working with HTML and CSS for building and maintaining email templates.
- Hands-on experience with an ESP or in-house email system for campaign setup, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
- Solid understanding of user journeys, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle communication.
- English: B2 or higher required.
