Email & CRM Marketing Specialist: Building, launching, and optimizing highly personalized, data-driven email campaigns across subscription SaaS products with an accent on segmentation, A/B testing, and automated workflows. Focus on developing personalized strategies, improving internal email systems, and driving user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

Location: Remote (globally available), with offices in the United States, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine available for those who prefer in-person or hybrid work.

What you will do

  • Configure and execute email campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing, using an in-house ESP.
  • Build and manage advanced audience segments and multi-step automated workflows based on user behavior.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through dashboards and key metrics.
  • Own and continuously improve the internal email system to enhance usability and efficiency.
  • Develop data-driven, personalized email strategies that drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership.
  • Support the evolution of email marketing into an AI-driven, scalable function.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with data, SQL.
  • Experience working with HTML and CSS for building and maintaining email templates.
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP or in-house email system for campaign setup, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Solid understanding of user journeys, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle communication.
  • English: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools, or strong interest in applying AI to email marketing.
