What you will do
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform for enhanced customer engagement, segmentation, and personalization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy, including email, web push, and on-site communications.
- Design and execute customer segmentation strategies for relevant and targeted messaging.
- Utilize A/B testing to continuously improve CRM activities' effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align CRM activities with overall company goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Email Marketing.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Detailed expertise in email, web push, and on-site communication retention strategies.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret customer data and make informed decisions.
- Strong copywriting skills for producing engaging and persuasive content.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in customer retention.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve retention strategies and CRM processes.
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required.
- HTML and CSS proficiency required.
