What you will do

• Own provider onboarding tasks and maintain strong communication channels.
• Review and validate game metadata, configuration inputs, and operational readiness for releases.
• Serve as Market Owner for designated jurisdictions.
• Coordinate content-related queries across various internal teams (Release Management, Integrations, Partner Management, Compliance).
• Track and maintain data accuracy across internal tools such as the roadmap portal and Infinity Gateway.
• Support onboarding and training activities for new providers.
• Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
