What you will do

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives including job postings, campus hiring, and career events.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life-sciences or Engineering related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS tools.
