What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Support, Fincrime) and other non-technical roles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging FinTech networks.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience, coordinating interviews and providing transparent feedback.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements and align priorities.
- Track and monitor key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience specifically in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Understanding of the FinTech ecosystem and regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance).
- Established network of candidates in Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Fincrime roles.
- Autonomous, hands-on, adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French.
