TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Paris with an option for full remote within France. Fluent English and French required.

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Support, Fincrime) and other non-technical roles.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging FinTech networks.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience, coordinating interviews and providing transparent feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements and align priorities.
  • Track and monitor key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience specifically in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Understanding of the FinTech ecosystem and regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance).
  • Established network of candidates in Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Fincrime roles.
  • Autonomous, hands-on, adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and French.
