TL;DR

Junior Account Executive - SMB (SaaS): Consulting businesses who have signed up to the platform to convert them into paying customers, providing top-notch customer service, and influencing product improvement based on client feedback. Location: Remote from the following US states: Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, and Georgia.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Become a product expert on the hirify.global platform.
  • Own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the team's pipeline.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering insights and representing customer needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
  • Influence product development based on client demands and feedback.
  • Drive initiatives with independence and ownership.

Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of SDR/BDR sales experience in SaaS companies.
  • Strong record of quota attainment.
  • Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Ability to work remotely Mon-Fri from specified US states.
