What you will do

• Facilitate strategic planning and prioritization of integrated marketing programs.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage communication flow.
• Lead and collaborate on the execution of scaled marketing campaigns.
• Proactively plan dependencies and manage timelines across shared resources.
• Identify and remove blockers, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Lead and motivate direct reports, providing coaching and building relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7-10+ years’ experience in marketing/advertising project/program management and team leadership.
• Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proven success in facilitating planning, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Expert user of project management platforms (e.g., Wrike, Workfront, Monday.com).
