Location: Hybrid in Chemnitz, Berlin, Dresden, or Leipzig, Germany.

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for European GTM roles, from initial kick-off meetings to complex offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, department leads, GMs, and hiring managers.
  • Actively source new talent on LinkedIn and other platforms to build a proactive talent network.
  • Monitor pipeline success with relevant data and build dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Work on global strategic TA initiatives and projects, drive improvements, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a Tech/SaaS/E-Commerce environment.
  • Experience with recruiting for GTM or commercial teams.
  • Business fluent German (C1) and English language skills (C1) are required.
  • Strong active sourcing experience and a proven track record of hiring sourced candidates.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders on all management levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
  • A commercial, performance-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • A high affinity for technology, especially AI and AI-driven recruitment.
