TL;DR

Senior TA Partner (Campus Recruitment): Architecting and executing a global Early Careers program, building a junior talent engine and employer brand from scratch with an accent on strategic university partnerships and full-cycle recruitment for entry-level GTM roles. Focus on creating a movement to attract top-tier junior talent, headhunting brightest young minds, and using data-driven insights to structure junior roles for maximum impact.

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany. Relocation support to Berlin is provided if you do not currently reside there.

Salary: €55,000–€80,000

What you will do

  • Architect and execute hirify.global’s first-ever global Early Careers program, defining the roadmap, targets, and execution plan.
  • Build the "Young hirify.globaln" brand to boost visibility and make hirify.global the top choice for junior talent.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with elite universities and student tech hubs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all internship and entry-level GTM roles.
  • Host workshops, open house nights, and networking sessions at the Berlin office to attract talent.
  • Utilize market insights to advise senior leadership on structuring junior roles for maximum impact and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience successfully navigating a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Track record of hosting successful events or building high-converting employer brand content.
  • Possess an ownership mindset and relentless drive to identify, design, and execute solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of the qualities that define great Sales, Marketing, or Operations professionals.
  • Must work 5 days a week from the Berlin office.
  • Ability to relocate to Berlin is required if not already based there.
