What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for IT and SAP roles.
• Develop and execute effective search strategies in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through social and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Participate in and lead hirify.global-specific Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

• A degree in business administration, business psychology, or a related field with an HR focus.
• At least four years of experience in active sourcing and hiring, preferably in the IT/SAP sector.
• Familiarity with search tools and social media platforms, with experience using SmartRecruiters preferred.
• Openness to global processes and prior experience in an international environment.
• Strong result-orientation, communication skills, and ability to work independently within a team.
• Fluent in German (C1 minimum) and English (B1 minimum), with Spanish (B2) as a plus.
