What you will do

• Support strategic engagements with venture capital and technology firms, including AI-focused initiatives.
• Assist in developing and executing business strategies, trip plans, and engagement roadmaps.
• Organize vendor and VC meetings, manage logistics, document discussions, and publish follow-up actions.
• Help maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners like A16z and Sequoia.
• Contribute to integrating software and tools to improve prioritization, efficiency, and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related major.
• On track to graduate as a rising senior.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-activity environment with strong organizational habits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Curiosity about technology, venture capital, cloud services, and vendor relationship management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, or cloud cost/POC management tools.
• Internship or project experience with technology, venture capital, or partner engagement work.
• Experience in student leadership, volunteering, or involvement in tech-focused organizations.
