What you will do

• Analyze processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design, document, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and monitor business metrics and performance indicators.
• Design and implement leading and lagging indicators for process evaluation.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for process monitoring.
• Conduct data mining and analysis for business process evaluation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Prior experience analyzing process gaps and supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Direct experience with process design, documentation, and optimization.
• Experience designing and managing business metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of how to connect to databases and retrieve data for reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting claims, insurance, or financial operations.
• Experience working with operational workflows (repair, rental, payments).
• Ability to translate business needs into measurable performance metrics.
