What you will do

  • Lead Agile ceremonies and enhance Agile development practices within the team.
  • Oversee team deliveries, managing risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Coordinate tasks across diverse internal and external teams, spanning multiple locations, time zones, and cultures.
  • Improve operational effectiveness of team effort by assessing current practices, incorporating new strategies, and increasing predictability.
  • Provide regular feedback to individuals and aligning career goals with their work.
  • Partner with the other team leaders to create a creative, collaborative, diverse and inclusive environment, promoting a culture of learning and success.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of software project management and team leadership experience.
  • You have 3+ years of experience using Agile project management methodology.
  • You are experienced in project planning, capacity planning, dependency and risk management including mitigation techniques.
  • You can navigate change and excel in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
  • You are experienced in building high-performing software development teams.
  • You enjoy helping individuals grow through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
