What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events including webinars, workshops, user groups, executive programs, and tradeshows.
• Manage event logistics, including invites, landing pages, registration tracking, and post-event sales follow-up.
• Research and identify activities to connect with target personas across various channels.
• Nurture existing leads through digital content, personalized web pages, social outreach, and email campaigns.
• Manage the marketing calendar to ensure programs are documented and communicated internally.
• Track and report on event and program performance, including registration, attendance, and lead engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or Writing.
• A minimum of 2 years' B2B marketing experience.
• Understanding of online/offline events and program management, especially webinar management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and curious.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in San Jose.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
