Technical Customer Support Engineer (AI): Providing exceptional technical support for an AI Agent platform, troubleshooting and developing custom solutions using web technologies and APIs with an accent on technical issue resolution and effective customer follow-up. Location: Remote or Hybrid. Must be eligible to work in Spain, with preference for Barcelona or Madrid.

What you will do
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous support to users and customers primarily via chat and email, with occasional video calls.
- Investigate and identify solutions to technical issues, asking targeted questions to understand root causes (e.g., Browser debugging).
- Develop custom-coded solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to address customer issues and optimize their experience.
- Assist and troubleshoot customer third-party API integrations and queries related to embedding hirify.global in websites and applications.
- Report software bugs and identify trends, contributing to product improvement by collaborating and sharing feedback with the Product team.
- Contribute to the development and updating of technical and non-technical documentation and internal databases.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience troubleshooting APIs (REST, Postman) and comfort reading developer documentation.
- Experience with web builders (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace).
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written communication in English and Spanish.
- Eligible to work in Spain.

- Git experience.
- React and/or Node.js knowledge.
- Experience in SaaS or tech support roles.
- Passion for automation, no-code, and AI tools.
