TL;DR

Founding Sales Representative (SDR): Responsible for prospecting new advertiser opportunities and qualifying inbound and outbound leads for the advertising business with an accent on defining SDR best practices and tooling. Focus on multi-channel outreach to generate qualified meetings and helping build SDR playbooks using AI.

Location: Remote in Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey)

What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting efforts across travel and adjacent advertiser verticals.
  • Research and identify high-potential advertiser accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach to generate qualified meetings.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities appropriately.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and meeting quality.
  • Help build SDR playbooks, outreach templates, and prospecting best practices using AI wherever possible.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, curious, and motivated to learn.
  • Comfortable with outreach, rejection, and iterative testing.
  • Interest in digital advertising, media, or travel technology.
  • Self-starter mentality with a desire to help build something new.

Nice to have

  • Previous SDR/BDR experience at a SaaS, media, or ad tech company.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting best practices.
