What you will do

• Serve as an SME for Salesforce Service Cloud and facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements.
• Translate client requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing custom development.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com solutions.
• Manage all aspects of projects and client communications.
• Drive collaborative Customer Service business process and functional design discussions with clients.
• Deliver end user training and documentation.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Operational or analysis background in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong data management skills, including experience with data consolidation and de-duplication.
• Knowledge of Salesforce programming (Apex and Visual force) and experience in lightning development.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Service Cloud certification.
• Knowledge of JIRA tool.
• Knowledge of Experience/Community Cloud.
• Experience designing integration data mappings.
