What you will do

• Deliver Workday enhancements covering functional and technical aspects.
• Collaborate with internal Workday support teams, business users, and third-party integrators.
• Participate in product and feature design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations using Workday toolsets.
• Build scalable and maintainable test automation using tools such as Kainos.
• Contribute to code reviews and manage quality issues to resolution.

Requirements

• Must have Workday certification and 8+ years of Workday implementation experience.
• Experience with Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Integrations framework, Studio, and related technologies.
• Proven leadership in at least 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Knowledge of data modeling, SQL/SOQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and AWS tech stack.
• Experience defining test strategies, plans, execution, and defect reporting for Workday or ERP finance applications.
• Effective communication skills and Agile/Scrum experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Financials modules like General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Assets, Banking, and Settlement.
• Experience with other Workday modules such as Accounting Center, Prism, and Workday Extend.
• Development experience in Java or Force.com.
• Familiarity with version control, code collaboration, and CI systems like GIT.
