Technical Architect (Integration)

TL;DR

Technical Architect (Integration): Guiding customers on automation best practices, architecture patterns, and governance processes, helping them scale their automation practice through initial and expansion services engagements. Focus on developing architectural designs for customer integrations and automations, advising on unit, integration, and user acceptance testing best practices, and conducting production readiness assessments.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina. Ability to travel to the client site up to 25%.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000, variable, plus benefits, perks, and equity.

What you will do

• Participate as a lead architect in professional services engagements and customer enablement activities.
• Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.
• Conduct recipe reviews and advise on testing best practices (unit, integration, UAT).
• Conduct production readiness assessments and advise on deployment procedures.
• Provide thorough knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.
• Become a hirify.global evangelist and trusted technical advisor from a solution and architecture perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of technology transformation consulting, including implementation experience with integration, middleware, and/or API management solutions.
• Proven results leading and overseeing customer success in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, development, and test/release management.
• Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate them.
• Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large enterprise organizations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to convey ideas to technical, business, and C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience as an Enterprise and/or digital architect.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, and Databases.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Ruby.
• Experience having worked in a startup environment.
