What you will do
- Drive vision, strategy, and execution for payment and subscription lifecycle management.
- Own and move critical business metrics, including activation, expansion, retention, and renewals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, user research, and GTM teams.
- Partner with finance, IT, and data teams to ensure compliance across the billing and payments stack.
- Operate at every level of fidelity, from customer pain points to shaping long-term infrastructure.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years experience in product management.
- Experience in payments, billing, or financial products.
- Experience with 3rd party billing and payment platforms (e.g., Stripe or Adyen).
- Knowledge across the payments experience from user experience through sales and accounting needs.
- Strong stakeholder management experience leading products that support multiple customer personas.
- English: B2 required.
