What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for Consumer Risk within Checkout, covering Credit decisioning, Pricing, and Fraud prevention.
• Translate hirify.global’s mission into a clear product roadmap that balances growth, risk, customer trust, and platform scalability.
• Lead and scale a team of Product Managers owning distinct Consumer Risk areas, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Partner closely with Machine Learning, Analytics, and Engineering to shape model-driven product experiences.
• Drive quantitative storytelling using data, experiments, and modeling to inform strategy and influence stakeholders.
• Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring risk experiences are transparent, fair, and intuitive for consumers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership roles driving responsible, sustainable growth.
• Deep experience working with Credit, Pricing, and/or Fraud stakeholders, with a strong understanding of underwriting, risk-based pricing, and adversarial fraud systems.
• Strong quantitative and analytical orientation, comfortable engaging in model-level discussions and using data to drive decisions.
• Experience building and scaling platform and decisioning products.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring large, geographically distributed PM teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
